Shah Kalimullah Jahanabadi (RA) (1650–1729), also known as Shah Kalimullah Dehlavi , was one of the greatest Sufi saints and Islamic scholars of Mughal India. Born in Jahanabad (Delhi), he became a leading master of the Chishti Sufi order and was renowned for his profound knowledge of the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, and Tasawwuf. His khanqah in Delhi became a major center of spiritual training, attracting seekers and scholars from across the Indian subcontinent. Among his most famous disciples was Mirza Mazhar Jan-e-Janan . His greatest achievements include reviving the Chishti order during a period of political and social change and producing important works on Sufism, spiritual discipline, ethics, and Islamic theology. His writings emphasize strict adherence to the Qur'an and Sunnah alongside spiritual purification. Through his disciples and literary legacy, he exercised a lasting influence on the spiritual and scholarly traditions of South Asia.
